Cooking Class With Chef
Our new team cooking class workshop is a friendly culinary experience you won't want to miss. In our COMEDIS room, each team will have their own cooking plate and all the tools necessary to recreate a chef's recipe. While you cook, you will be able to observe the chef in action and actively participate in every step. After the preparation of the dishes, you can enjoy a tasting of each dish accompanied by a selection of wines from our estate carefully chosen for their perfect match with the prepared dishes. Join us for an unforgettable team culinary experience in our COMEDIS room.
Assembly workshop
Immerse yourself in the shoes of a winemaker at Château Guilhem! The assembly workshop is a bit like a kitchen team preparing a secret recipe. We have different wines, test tubes and our palate. We taste, we mix, we adjust, looking for the perfect balance.
The goal? Create the best wine! Indeed, the work of a winemaker is also the art of blending grape varieties in order to get the best out of each. The workshop smells of good wine, and becomes a puzzle where each grape variety is a piece and you orchestrate the whole thing.
Once the blends are completed, our winemaker will taste and elect the best group who will receive one of our vintages as a reward!

Visit and tasting
If you are passionate about wine and want to know more about the history of the Guilhem family, owners of the Château since 1878, let yourself be guided by our winemaker Bertrand Gourdou. He will take you on a stroll through the Malepère vineyards and introduce you to our unique terroir. You will then visit our historic cellars where our wines are carefully produced. Winegrower’s dinner or lunch
You can book a tailor made wine tasting and dinner together with our in-house chef. All that is required of you is to sit, listen and savour the delicious food and wine while listening to the family’s amazing history.
Escape Game "The Oenologist"
We offer you a unique Escape Game experience. Your colleagues will be immersed in our wine world and will have to discover the grape varieties of our famous Clos du Blason vintage. Throughout this fun and enriching adventure, they will have to work as a team to succeed in their mission.
Once the Escape Game is over, participants will have the opportunity to discover the flavors of our wine during a blind tasting in black glasses, a unique sensory experience to perfect their learning and strengthen their team spirit. .
