Located between Limoux and Carcassonne, in the heart of Aude, our estate offers a setting full of charm and refinement to celebrate your moments of happiness.
Right in the center of Occitanie in the south of France, our estate is easy to access and close to the A61 motorway.
Fully modular estate we put at your entire disposal our 1.5 hectares of shaded outdoor spaces as well as 3 reception rooms which will be an important asset in the event of bad weather. The Château, its swimming pool and its pool house can also be privatized and will be the ideal place for a brunch.
To make it easier for you to organize and prepare for your wedding, the rooms will be made available to you from Friday morning.
OUR THREE SPACES
We completely renovated our old cellars in 2022 to offer you three reception rooms.
In our historic wine-growing environment, you can enjoy rooms combining the charm of the old while benefiting from modern equipment.
The spaces are designed to be as flexible as possible for you.
110 m² room, equipped with a platform kitchen and a 30m2 scullery allowing your caterer, chef or cook to create a show kitchen.
COMEDIS can be air-conditioned or heated, it is also equipped with a video camera, two screens and four speakers.
It can accommodate between 50 and 60 people seated depending on the arrangements.
It is open to COVENTIS allowing the two rooms to be brought together for a single event.
Cet espace de 120 m2 permet d’accueillir 80 personnes en formules assis.
La salle COVENTIS est ouverte sur la salle COMEDIS.
Les deux espaces réunis vous permettront d’organiser des repas assis d’environ 130 personnes.
Notre salle de réception CORUM possède de magnifique volume. Cet espace de 190m2, dispose d’une mezzanine de 40m2 pouvant accueillir un espace DJ ou enfants.
Repas assis jusqu’à 160 personnes.
Les deux grandes ouvertures donnent sur la cour permettant la réalisation du cocktail.

Our wealth in addition to the reception rooms is our vines located opposite the ballroom.
Guilhem Castle is a unique place including a cellar with its historic thunderbolts, a Directory-style castle and its park with century-old trees.

Getting married at Château Guilhem will benefit from a unique venue with a 600m2 Directoire-style castle, a park with century-old trees, a swimming pool, a pool house and a pétanque court.
The 18th century castle is above all a family home where life is good!
You will be able to experience a unique moment in a rare site and privatize the entire area for a few days or even a week.
Getting married at Château Guilhem means taking the time to share more than just a day with your guests. You will be able to enjoy the castle before during and after your ceremony.

Our personalized service
Bertrand and Anne-Sophie Gourdou, with their experience of receptions at the property, will accompany you and advise you so that your wedding is the one you imagined.
For a secular ceremony you can carry it out in the park of our castle. The town hall and the charming village church are a few meters from our property.
We will advise you on choosing the perfect food and wine pairing and we will give you a special price with a 10% discount on all of our still and sparkling wines produced in Organic Farming.
